Simple, fair, and honest. Here's exactly when you can get a refund.
Refunds are available at any point before the final book is published and before the author has signed off on the work.
Once both conditions are met — final publishing is complete and the author has given sign-off — refunds are no longer issued.
From the moment you place your order through every revision round, you can request a full refund. We haven't finalized anything yet.
Still reviewing files? Still requesting tweaks? You can still get a refund at this stage. We revise until you're satisfied.
Once you've approved the final files and the book is published, the work is complete. At that point, we cannot issue a refund.
If you're unhappy with the formatting, we will always revise first before any refund is issued. In most cases, we can fix the issue quickly.
Sign-off is final. When you approve the final files, you're confirming you're satisfied with the output. Please review your files carefully before signing off.
If you'd like a refund and your order qualifies, just contact us. We process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.
